Welcome to Stokeholden Working Dogs

Although we would all like to be out with our dogs 90% of the time and at home 10%, in reality the opposite is true. At Stokeholden Working dogs we aim to breed top quality Labradors and Border Terriers that are capable of performing in the field, but equally as important, be a valued member of the family.

To this end, both our stud dogs and bitches are chosen for looks, temperament and working aptitude.

WHO ARE WE?

Stokeholden Working Dogs specialize in breeding Labradors and other working dog breeds in Leicestershire and Warwickshire. Based on the border, near to Hinckley and Nuneaton, Stokeholden is just off the major routes through the Midlands.

Richard Moreton, proprietor of Stokeholden, has a long history of working dogs. Specializing  in field sports such as game shooting, wildfowling, rough shooting and much more besides. Richard has wealth of knowledge that he puts to best use in the careful training of his dogs.
